This heavy duty 3-way panhead is constructed of die cast aluminum. The head rotates 360 degrees horizontally, 90 degrees vertically, 90 degrees forward and 45 degrees back, allowing for unlimited viewing positions. It also features a level bubble for precise leveling. Also included is a quick release camera mounting platform that attaches to the base of your camera and allows for quick on and off camera mounting to the tripod and a camera safe locking pin.
A quick tip from the professionals: when using multiple cameras, have a quick release mounting platform for each camera you own. When using your tripod this makes it simple to switch cameras without having to detach and reattach the mounting plate to your other camera.
