Orders under $50 will be charged per our shipping rate schedule. Free shipping is done via ground service through a carrier of our choice. RETURN POLICY: We will accept returns on any item, for any reason as long as returns are made within 30 days of purchase and are in original, manufacturer packaging and include all accessories. Items must be clean and with all original packaging, or we may refuse to issue credit. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on the return, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. In order to make a return, please call to obtain an RMA#. Returns sent without an RMA# will be subject to a 20% restocking/research fee. In the event of a free shipping promotion, any return that causes the order to fall below the free shipping minimum will result in a $6.00 charge which will be deducted from the refund amount. CANCELING AN ORDER: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, however it can be returned. Please see our return policy for instructions on how to return an item or order. Address Corrections: When placing your order, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct. An incorrect shipping address will delay your package and will cause the shipping carrier to charge us a $5 address correction fee on each box shipped to that incorrect address. In order to recover the cost of the correction, we will charge your credit card the amount of the address correction. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We will be happy to ship an order to any international destination; however, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping as well as all duties and taxes charged at the time of importation.
