If you’re looking

bag kits to get you started. As any professional photographer will tell you, a
good solid base for your camera is needed for high quality results in shooting
both photographs and videos. Whenever possible, a tripod should be
used. Using a tripod will stabilize your camera and help to eliminate those
blurry photographs and jumpy video recordings. When finished shooting pictures,
it is also important to properly store and protect your camera. To do
this, a camera bag is a must have item.
OSN’s Kit 1 provides the essentials. Included in this kit are a lighter weight tripod with the basic features needed for versatility and quality in your picture taking results, and a dual compartment camera bag that fits most digital, point and shoot, and digital cameras and camcorders. This tripod features a three way panhead, enabling the user to shoot both horizontal and vertical pictures, and a quick-release camera mounting platform that attaches to the base of your camera. With this platform attached, it is quick and easy to mount and remove your camera from the tripod. Simply open the locking lever on top of the panhead, slide the plate into the channel on the panhead, relock the lever, and you’re ready to take pictures. This model has three section aluminum legs with quick lever leg locks for quick and easy leg positioning. Simply unlock the leg lever, extend the leg to the desired position, relock the leg lever, and begin taking pictures. With the additional feature of a geared center column, it’s easy and convenient to raise the panhead to the desired picture taking position. The camera bag features a large zippered and nylon lined main compartment with an adjustable divider and front accessory storage pocket. Use the main compartment to store your camera, and use the front pocket for your extra media cards, batteries, film, etc. Also included is an adjustable shoulder strap and carry handle. The bag is made with water resistant outer material and impact resistant padding.
(A quick tip from the professionals: if you use both a digital and video camera, have a quick release mounting platform for each camera you own. When using the tripod, it is then simple to switch cameras without having to detach and reattach the mounting plate to your other camera.)
